These Owner Claim Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the process by which a person or organization claims ownership or management rights over a library listing on Libraryinseconds, operated by Zenrio Technologies ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us").

By selecting "Claim Library", submitting a claim request, or providing verification documents, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

A claim may only be submitted by:

the owner of the library;
a partner, director, or proprietor;
an authorized manager or employee acting on behalf of the owner.

You represent that you are legally authorized to manage the library's information on the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Claim Verification

Every ownership claim is subject to manual verification by the Platform.

To verify your authority, we may require one or more of the following:

GST Registration Certificate;
Udyam Registration Certificate;
Shop & Establishment Registration;
Trade License;
Authorization Letter issued by the owner; or
any other reasonable document or verification method we consider necessary.

We may also verify your claim through:

email verification;
mobile OTP verification;
telephone verification;
direct communication with the library;
publicly available information; or
any other reasonable verification process.

Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.

3. Multiple Claims

Where more than one person claims the same library, the Platform will investigate each claim and determine the appropriate claimant based on the available evidence.

Our decision regarding ownership verification shall be final unless additional evidence is later provided, without prejudice to any party's legal rights and remedies.

4. Information You Submit

You agree that all information, documents and content submitted by you are:

accurate;
truthful;
complete;
current;
lawfully obtained.

You agree to promptly update your information whenever material changes occur.

5. Approved Owners

Once your claim is approved, you may manage the library listing through the features made available by the Platform.

The owner may authorize staff members to manage the listing. The owner remains responsible for all actions performed by authorized staff.

6. Platform Editing Rights

The Platform may edit, modify, reformat, categorize, optimize or improve listing information for purposes including:

correcting obvious errors;
formatting consistency;
search engine optimization (SEO);
AI-generated summaries;
category improvements;
map corrections;
duplicate removal;
legal compliance;
security;
platform integrity.

Where reasonably practicable, we will notify the owner of significant changes. However, prior approval is not required where immediate action is reasonably necessary.

7. Duplicate Listings

We may merge, consolidate or remove duplicate listings where appropriate.

Information, photographs and reviews may be consolidated where reasonably necessary.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of the original content that you upload.

You represent that you own or have the legal right to use all uploaded content, including:

photographs;
logos;
descriptions;
contact information;
other submitted material.

You must not upload content that:

infringes intellectual property rights;
is false or misleading;
violates applicable law;
contains malicious software;
impersonates another business or person.

9. Licence to the Platform

By uploading content, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to:

host;
reproduce;
publish;
display;
distribute;
optimize;
resize;
translate;
technically modify;
use the content for marketing and promotional purposes related to the Platform.

Ownership of your original content remains with you.

10. Public Listings

The Platform operates as a public directory of libraries.

A library may continue to appear on the Platform based on lawfully available factual business information even if:

the listing is unclaimed;
a claim is rejected; or
an owner chooses to stop managing the listing.

Removing management access does not necessarily require removal of the library listing itself.

11. Reviews

Owners may not edit or delete user reviews.

The Platform may investigate and remove reviews that violate applicable policies or appear fraudulent, abusive or unlawful.

12. Communication

You consent to receiving communications relating to your claim or listing through:

email;
telephone;
SMS;
WhatsApp; or
other reasonable communication channels.

These communications may include verification requests, security notices, policy updates and operational messages.

13. Suspension and Revocation

We may suspend, revoke or terminate ownership access immediately where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

fraud;
impersonation;
forged documents;
illegal activity;
repeated policy violations;
security concerns;
government or court directions;
ownership disputes;
abuse of the Platform.

We may also suspend inactive owner accounts where continued verification cannot reasonably be maintained.

14. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

15. Future Services

These Terms apply only to the ownership and management of library listings.

Future services, including bookings, payments, subscriptions, advertisements, or library management software, will be governed by separate agreements that must be accepted before those services are used.

16. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Platform, including its software, branding, design, database structure, search systems, URLs, page layouts and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of the Platform or its licensors.

Claiming a listing does not grant ownership of any Platform intellectual property.

17. Verified Status

The Platform may introduce verification badges or trust indicators in the future.

Verification status may be granted, suspended or removed at the Platform's discretion where verification requirements are no longer satisfied.

18. Disclaimer

Although we strive to maintain accurate information, we do not guarantee that all listings are complete, current or error-free.

Users should independently verify important information before relying on any listing.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or business losses arising from:

rejection of ownership claims;
suspension or removal of ownership access;
inaccurate information provided by owners;
interruptions to the Platform;
unauthorized attempts to claim listings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

content uploaded by you;
documents submitted by you;
infringement of third-party rights;
false or misleading information provided by you;
your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

This indemnity applies only to matters within your control and does not extend to actions solely caused by the Platform.

21. Electronic Acceptance

You acknowledge that selecting "Claim Library", clicking an acceptance button, submitting verification information or otherwise electronically accepting these Terms constitutes a valid and legally binding acceptance under applicable Indian law governing electronic records and contracts.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be published on the Platform. Continued use of the ownership features after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
