1. Introduction
Libraryinseconds ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Zenrio Technologies, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users, library owners, and contributors to do the same.
This Copyright & Intellectual Property Complaint Policy explains how copyright owners or their authorized representatives may report content that they believe infringes their intellectual property rights.

- library descriptions;
- documents;
- graphics;

This Policy does not determine legal ownership of intellectual property. Our role is to review complaints and take appropriate action where reasonably necessary.
3. Who May Submit a Complaint
A complaint may be submitted by:
- the copyright owner;
- the owner of another intellectual property right;
- an authorized legal representative;
- a person authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
We may request proof of authority before processing a complaint.

5. Where to Send a Complaint
Please send complaints to:
Copyright Officer
Email: copyright@zenriotech.com
Subject Line:
Copyright Complaint – [Library Name or URL]
Supporting documents may be attached where appropriate.
6. Complaint Review Process
Upon receiving a complaint, we may:
- acknowledge receipt of the complaint;
- review the information provided;
- request additional information or supporting evidence;
- temporarily restrict access to the content where reasonably necessary;
- contact the uploader or library owner;
- conduct an internal review;
- determine appropriate action based on the available information.
For copyright complaints specifically, where a complaint meets the requirements of Section 4, we will take reasonable steps to restrict access to the identified content, generally within 36 hours of receipt, and will maintain that restriction for 21 days from the date of the complaint or until we receive an order from a competent court directing continued restriction, whichever is earlier, in accordance with Section 52(1)(c) of the Copyright Act, 1957. If no such court order is received within that period, we may restore access to the content.
This specific timeline applies to copyright complaints. Complaints relating to other intellectual property rights (such as trademarks) are reviewed under our general process described in this Section, as Indian law does not prescribe an equivalent statutory timeline for those categories.
Submitting a complaint does not automatically result in removal of content.
7. Typical Timelines
While actual timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the matter, we generally aim to:
- acknowledge receipt within 3 Business Days;
- for copyright complaints that meet the requirements of Section 4, restrict access to the identified content within approximately 36 hours and maintain that restriction for 21 days or until a competent court order is received, whichever is earlier, as described in Section 6;
- complete an initial review within 7 Business Days;
- request additional information if required;
- make a reasonable decision as soon as practicable after receiving sufficient information.
Complex disputes may require additional time.
8. Possible Actions
Following our review, we may:
- remove the content;
- temporarily disable access to the content;
- request modification of the content;
- reject the complaint where insufficient evidence is provided;
- restore content if we determine that no infringement has occurred;
- take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the Platform and the rights of affected parties.
For copyright complaints, restriction and restoration of content follow the 21-day timeline described in Section 6.
9. Counter-Notification
If your content has been removed or disabled following a complaint, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your counter-notification should include:
- your full name;
- your contact information;
- identification of the removed content;
- an explanation of why you believe the removal was incorrect;
- supporting evidence of your rights or authorization to use the content.
We may review the counter-notification and, where appropriate, consult both parties before deciding whether to restore the content.
Submitting a counter-notification does not affect your right to have access automatically restored after 21 days if the complainant does not obtain a competent court order, as described in Section 6. A counter-notification allows us to review the matter earlier, at our discretion, where appropriate.
10. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users or library owners who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others or repeatedly violate this Policy.
11. False or Misleading Complaints
Submitting intentionally false, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive complaints is prohibited.
Where appropriate, we may:
- reject the complaint;
- suspend the complainant's account;
- restrict future submissions;
- take any other action permitted by law or our Terms of Use.
12. Limitation of Our Role
The Platform acts as an online directory and intermediary for user-submitted content.
We do not claim ownership of content submitted by users or library owners.
We do not provide legal advice or determine legal ownership of intellectual property.
Where ownership is disputed, the parties may need to resolve the matter directly or through appropriate legal proceedings.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect:
- changes in applicable law;
- improvements to our complaint process;
- operational or technical changes.
The latest version will always be available on the Platform.
