1. Introduction

These Library Listing Submission Terms & Conditions ("Submission Terms") govern the submission of new library listings to Libraryinseconds ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Zenrio Technologies.

By submitting a new library listing through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Submission Terms, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and all other applicable Platform policies.

2. Eligibility

You may submit a library listing only if:

you are the owner of the library;
you are an authorized representative of the library;
you have permission from the library owner to submit the listing; or
you are otherwise legally authorized to provide the submitted information.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to submit a library listing.

Submission of a listing does not automatically grant ownership or management rights over the listing.

Library ownership must be established through our separate Owner Claim and Verification Process.

3. Information You Submit

You agree that all information submitted to the Platform is:

true;
accurate;
complete;
current;
not misleading.

Information may include:

library name;
address;
contact details;
facilities;
operating hours;
seating capacity;
photographs;
logos;
descriptions;
other relevant information.

You agree to promptly notify the Platform or update your listing if any material information changes.

4. Photographs, Logos and Other Content

You represent and warrant that:

you own the content you upload; or
you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to upload and publish the content.

This applies to:

photographs;
logos;
graphics;
promotional material;
written descriptions;
other uploaded content.

You remain solely responsible for all content submitted by you.

5. Intellectual Property

You must not upload content that:

infringes copyright;
infringes trademarks;
violates another person's intellectual property rights;
violates privacy or publicity rights;
has been copied without authorization.

If the Platform receives a valid intellectual property complaint, we may investigate and take appropriate action, including removal of the content.

6. Accuracy and Ongoing Maintenance

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your listing.

You agree to keep your listing updated whenever there are material changes, including but not limited to:

address;
contact information;
operating hours;
facilities;
ownership;
library status;
photographs.

The Platform may remind you to review or update your listing from time to time.

7. Verification

Submission of a library listing does not guarantee publication.

The Platform may:

verify submitted information;
request additional documents;
request clarification;
contact the library directly;
conduct manual verification.

We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any listing where reasonably necessary.

8. Platform Editorial Rights

To maintain the quality and consistency of the Platform, we may:

correct spelling and grammar;
improve formatting;
reorganize categories;
optimize titles for search engines;
update metadata;
generate AI-assisted summaries;
merge duplicate listings;
improve readability;
remove duplicate or unnecessary information.

Where reasonably practicable, we may notify the listing owner of significant changes.

9. No Guarantee of Publication

Submission of a library listing does not guarantee that it will be:

approved;
published;
displayed;
ranked;
promoted;
continuously available.

The Platform reserves the right to refuse publication or remove a listing where reasonably necessary.

10. Prohibited Submissions

You must not submit:

fake libraries;
duplicate libraries;
fraudulent information;
misleading descriptions;
offensive content;
unlawful material;
malicious software;
spam;
impersonated business information;
content intended to manipulate search rankings.

11. Duplicate Listings

If a library already exists on the Platform, you should not submit a duplicate listing.

Instead, you should use the Claim Library process.

The Platform may merge duplicate listings or reject duplicate submissions.

12. Future Ownership

Submitting a library listing does not automatically make you the verified owner of that listing.

Management rights may be granted only after successful completion of our verification process.

The Platform may request additional verification at any time.

13. License Granted to the Platform

By submitting content, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

host;
store;
reproduce;
publish;
display;
distribute;
format;
resize;
optimize;
translate;
create AI-assisted summaries;
use the submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.

You retain ownership of your original content.

14. Suspension or Removal

The Platform may reject, suspend, disable, or remove any submitted listing or associated content where reasonably necessary, including where:

these Submission Terms are violated;
the information is false or misleading;
copyright or trademark infringement is alleged;
legal obligations require removal;
duplicate listings exist;
security concerns arise;
continued publication could adversely affect users or the Platform.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from:

rejection of a submitted listing;
modification of submitted information;
temporary or permanent removal of a listing;
verification delays;
decisions made under these Submission Terms.

Nothing in this section excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Company Name], its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

false or misleading information submitted by you;
infringement of intellectual property rights;
unauthorized use of content;
violation of these Submission Terms;
violation of applicable law.

This indemnity applies only to matters within your control.

17. Changes to these Submission Terms

We may update these Submission Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on the Platform together with its effective date.

Continued submission of listings after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Submission Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Submission Terms.
