How to Submit an Infringement Notice
To ensure prompt review under the Information Technology Intermediary Rules, copyright notices must be sent in writing to our designated legal/grievance desk with all required statutory declarations.
Required Notice Information
Your takedown notice must contain the following details for our team to take action:
Your full legal name, title/capacity, mailing address, telephone number, and official email address.
Clear identification of the copyrighted photograph, illustration, logo, or text, with proof of authorship or ownership.
URL or reference where the original authorized version of the work can be viewed.
Precise URL(s) on `libraryinseconds.com` showing the allegedly infringing material, and specific asset description.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or the law.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
